Various filling machines are also outstanding in the sales of liquid filling machines. In view of the problems encountered by some filling machines reported by some customers, I sorted out and summarized the solutions:
1、 Large precision error during filling:
1. Filling error is mainly determined by filling volume, filling speed and switching speed of upper and lower valves. The switching speed of the upper and lower valves is related to the viscosity of the product. The higher the viscosity, the slower the valve switching speed.
2. The valve spring pressure adjusted by the liquid filling machine shall be determined according to the trial filling measurement and the experience of the operator.
3. The opening and closing speed of the concentration valve mainly regulates the spring pressure of the valve. When the spring pressure increases, the switching speed of the valve increases.
2、 The liquid filling machine does not respond when starting and cannot work normally.
1. First cut off the power supply, check whether there is a circuit problem and check the fuse.
2. Release the emergency stop button and restart the machine.
3. Check whether the switching power supply has power supply.
4. Check whether the connection between the mechanical touch screen and PLC communication line is intact.
3、 When the material of the liquid filling machine cannot be filled and cannot be filled.
1. Check whether the nozzle is closed and restart the machine.
2. Check whether the air pressure is normal and whether the fuel injection cylinder and fuel injection cylinder leak.
3. The material reaches the lower limit and cannot meet the filling of corresponding containers.
