The automatic filling machine is used in the processing and production of fluid, paste, viscous body and other products. Different filling equipment has different filling methods, including atmospheric pressure, negative pressure and pressure, which are respectively applicable to different product requirements. The following contents briefly describe the characteristics of the above three filling methods for readers;

1. Normal pressure filling method;

This type of equipment usually raises the storage tank to increase the pressure. It is suitable for the processing of milk, grape wine and other products with good fluidity and low viscosity.

2. Negative pressure filling method;

This type of equipment, also known as vacuum filling machine, must ensure that the pressure in the bottle is lower than the atmospheric pressure, and then fill the product according to the principle of air pressure balance. This kind of equipment is generally simple in structure, but the combination between components has strong air tightness and has no great requirements for the viscosity of materials. It can complete the processing of syrup, oil, sauce and other products.

3. Pressure filling method;

This type of equipment is filled under the condition of higher than atmospheric pressure. One is to use the pressure in the storage tank to balance the pressure in the bottle and flow into the bottle by the self weight of liquid material, also known as isobaric filling. The other is to add a power piston on the top of the storage tank to boost the completion of processing. Common filling products include beer, champagne, beverages with gas, etc.
