Returns & Warranty
All of our products will go through strict inspection before they are shipped out. If you find any quality problems after receiving the goods.
Please contact us within one week after receiving the goods.
We have the right to reject the customer's request for return and exchange in the following situations：
1. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for change of mind on product that has been personalized.
2. Return and exchange requirements beyond the time limit for return.
3. The returned goods are incomplete or the appearance is damaged.
4. Lost or incomplete customer shipping documents.
5. The product is not provided by us; there is no quality problem with the goods itself.
6. Shipment and return: 1) The manufacturer accepts the customer any method of test the machines.
2) The delivery will be done after the customer acceptance is passed.
3) The manufacturer refuses any reason of return once the machines are sent out.
7. In terms of payment: The balance payment should be done before the goods leave the factory.
8. Warranty: 1) The guarantee period is 1 year. Customers can choose to pay a certain fees to extend the
warranty to 2years, 3 years or 5 years or even more years.
