Inspection before startup of automatic filling machine:

1. Check the chain_ Check whether there are foreign matters on the and clean them.

2. Check whether the air pressure is between 0.4-0.8mpa.

3. Check whether there are foreign matters on the turntable of the capping machine and clean it.

4. Check whether the bottle cap finisher is installed well. The bottle cap is sufficient.

5. Check whether the barrel is clean and free of foreign matters.

6. Install the hopper above the control rotary valve and lock the clamp.

7. Install the filling head with the control rotary valve and lock the clamp.

8. Confirm the position of the movable and fixed magnetic switch on the cylinder.

9. Connect the air inlet pipe to the steam quick connect, connect the air source, turn on the air source switch, push the air source switch on, and turn it off when pulling out the air source switch.

The size of the air source can be adjusted by pulling out the upper part of the pressure regulating filter and rotating it to a fixed gas size.

10. After use, press and hold the emergency stop switch (it starts when the red knob is turned out), and the machine also needs to be cleaned and maintained, so as to prolong its service life.

11. When cleaning, first cut the bottom of the bag at the bottom of the machine bag maker, take a material bucket, then switch the working mode of the selection switch (black two-speed knob) to "cleaning", and then unscrew the emergency stop switch (when the red knob is turned out, it starts). The machine will automatically pump out the cleaning water in the material bucket. When it is dry, press the emergency stop switch (when the red knob is turned out, it starts) , turn off the power

Use of filling machine:

1. The machine is suitable for ambient temperature of - 5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity of < 90 ℃. It is most suitable under constant temperature and should be placed in a ventilated, dry and clean position.

Before starting the machine, check whether the power supply voltage is normal and whether the socket has a safe grounding wire.

Clean thoroughly before operation, wipe off oil or dirt with non-woven soft cloth and detergent, and then dry with non-woven soft cloth.

4. The machine must be kept clean. It is strictly prohibited to have oil on the machine to avoid damage to the machine. It is best to clean it at least once a week.
